Working principle

The evaporative condenser is a kind of high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchange equipment which absorbs the heat of fluids in heat exchange coils through the evaporation of water films sprayed onto the outer surface of heat exchange coils, thereby condensing (cooling) the fluids in tubes. Dry cold air enters from the lower air inlet,exchanges materials with the circulating water flowing from the upper part, absorbs heat and moisture, becomes hot wet air and then is exhausted out of the top air outlet.The cooled medium enters from the upper inlet of the coil set; after multiple trips in coils and full heat exchange with circulating water, the cooled medium is discharged from the lower outlet of the coil set. Circulating water is pumped by the water pump from the lower water collecting tank to the upper spray tube set and distributed uniformly to the outer surface of the coil set via large flow nozzles while transferring heat with the medium in tubes and external air;a small quantity of moisture is evaporated into air, and the majority of water falls back into the water collecting tank for re-circulation.
 

Product Feature

1.Condensing Coil Set
The condensing coil is made of φ25mm(GB/T8163) seamless fluid pipe with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. After the coil welding, assembly and whole hot dipping zinc, the air tightness test of 2.5MPa was performed in water (3 times). The whole hot-dip zinc treatment of the condensate coil group enhances the corrosion resistance of the coil and prolonging the service life. The coil is tilted along the refrigerant flow to facilitate liquid discharge and the pressure drop of the coil is low.

2.Electronic Water-Curing Device
Equipped with an electronic water descaling device, which uses electronic pulse technology to treat the circulating water with anti-scaling, sterilization and algae.


3.Circulating Pump
The circulating pump uses a mechanical seal that is not restricted by steering, no leakage and long life. And the selection of special outdoor motor, special configuration of imported bearing underwriting machine pump long-term reliable operation, with small power, large flow, low noise and other characteristics.

4.
Set Up Type Dehydrator
Uses corrosion-resistant PVC material, and its structure takes away the wet air moisture from the coil by changing the flow direction, so that the water drift rate is reduced to less than 0.001. When cleaning the filler, the water remover can be conveniently removed.

5.Direct Axial Fan
The fan adopts the direct connection structure, without the transmission loss caused by the pulley structure. Low noise, low failure rate.
